• Forming and maintaining employee files & other relevant records.
  • Helping with various arrangements internally, from travel to processing expenses.
  • Computer literate with programmes such as MS word & MS excel.
  • Attendance and leave management of employees.
  • Supporting employee’s with welfare schemes.
  • Good Interpersonal & communicative skills.
  • Must be approachable and helpful.
  • The ability to keep sensitive information confidential.
  • Provide administrative support to new joinees and existing employees.
  • Other related activities in HR & Administration.
  • 2 to 4 years of experience with Bachelors degree.
