Job Summary :

The job holder plans and coordinates project management works on large projects or multiple assignments. Should have full technical responsibility for interpreting, organizing and executing assignments particularly related to Railway Operations and Maintenance, Construction of Railway Facilities, Track & Infrastructure and Project Management.

Responsibilities:

Directs and provides technical guidance to the assigned project engineers.

Participates in project planning during all stages

-

Reviews project schedule and approves staffing estimates for engineers for new proposals and jobs.

Keeps the client informed on the status of all projects involving assigned personnel with respect to the schedule, budget and tasks execution.

Monitors the use of available engineering computer programs

Formulates and recommends the approval of engineering plans and programs.

Requirements :

  • - Extensive technical knowledge of Railway Construction, signaling, buildings, Railway Facilities Construction along with SAR functional requirements.
  • - Minimum of (15) years of experience.
  • - Capable in managing multidisciplinary project team and ensuring the quality of deliverables of engineering calculations, drawings and specification.
  • - A broad knowledge of administrative practices.
  • - Recognized degree in engineering from an accredited university.
  • - Professional license in an engineering discipline.
