The Document Controller establishes master filing systems, including copies of allocated documents (such as drawing issues, projects related documents, invoices, etc.). S/He ensures the implementation of K&A’s archiving policies, procedures and standards in the recording of all issued documents.
Qualification, Technical Skills and Competencies Required to Execute this Role:
- 3-5 years of experience in the Building / Infrastructure Design Industry in an engineering
consultancy or project management firm.Working knowledge of ACONEX (or other similar applications), and Microsoft Word,
PowerPoint and Excel
- Good secretarial skills and organizational abilities
- Ability to communicate effectively both internally and externally
- Good planning, organization and presentation capability
