Responsibilities :-

  • Support the Manager - IT Infrastructure with the development of corporate IT infrastructure policies and procedures
  • Support the Manager - IT Infrastructure with the development of IT systems standards across K&A
  • Develop K&A IT security architecture, detailing authentication systems, firewalls, endpoint security, encryption tools
  • Enact access rights and ensure proper authentication for access to data centers, networks, databases and applications
  • Set up and maintain firewall administration and overall network security
  • Administer company-wide email servers and handling systems
  • Implement IT disaster recovery plans
  • Operate and maintain IT infrastructure, including local area networks, servers, back-up servers, intra-office networks, telecom networks, PCs, printers, scanners, videoconferencing, etc.
  • Track IT network availability and performance and resolve operational issues
  • VMWare, DELL EMC, Citrix certified.
  • Monitor network availability and performance in the K&A headquarter, and respond to any network issues, as needed
  • Review technology upgrade requests received from Geographies and ensure compatibility with existing system
  • Track procurement, installation, operation and maintenance of IT infrastructure across Geographies
  • Support the installation of primary IT infrastructure across K&A offices (e.g. servers, back-up servers, intra-office networks) in coordination with local IT teams
  • Support the set-up of IT infrastructure in new offices, as needed
  • Implement corporate policies and procedures

Qualifications, Skills & Experience :-

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or related field
  • 4+ years of experience in an IT function with a focus on IT infrastructure
  • IT certification is preferred (e.g. MCSE, CCIE, CCNA,MCITP, ITIL, VMware, Dell EMC)
  • Good Knowledge of IT infrastructure and systems
  • Good Knowledge of Architecture, Engineering and Planning Industry IT infrastructure requirements is preferred
  • Good Knowledge of IT security policies, procedures and techniques
  • Good analytical and organizational skills
  • Good interpersonal skills and communication Skills
  • Strong customer service orientation
  • Proficiency in spoken and written English; Arabic is an advantage
