Responsibilities :-

  • Define and revise the construction performance and safety KPIs for Haramain projects in collaboration with quality teams (in-house + Consultants).
  • Accountable for the definition of the quality KPI based on correlation analysis of date from site, and consultant reports.
  • Presenting the capacity trends of different projects, proactively highlighting the elements that will be/are subject to corrective actions.
  • Leading/attending technical working groups in order to ensure the harmonization of the reporting framework and contribute to engineering main projects.
  • Contributing to the development of the requirements and specifications for the development of the performance and capacity tools in order to have a centralized data collection, a common DB and a flexible development platform for KPI analysis and reporting.
  • Generate periodic reports with accuracy to identify and process data sources.
  • Collect, review and log data totals into database for reporting and ensure accuracy and report deliverables’ timelines.
  • Develop queries to extract data on department /client needs.
  • Tailor reporting of key performance indicators (KPI's) to a variety of audiences.
  • Be proactive and able to find efficiencies across multiple business functions.

Qualifications, Skills & Experience :-

  • Bachelor's degree+ in engineering, finance, IT or similar discipline.
  • 5+ years’ experience working with big projects Quality & HSE KPI (organizing, reporting, Analysis, etc)
  • Advanced skills in Excel & PowerPoint (pivot tables, macros, formulas, etc).
  • Very good analytical and communication Skills, mandatory proficiency in English.
  • Excellent presentation skills and ability to write clearly and concisely.
  • Ability to tailor presentations and present to different audiences, especially senior management.
  • Proven ability to lead independently on complex project controls issues with superior interpersonal skills, creative solution and problem solving skills.
  • Proficient in the use of cost management systems, Extensive experience using Primavera Project Management software.
  • Be able to effectively communicate concerns, complexities, general project controls information and other considerations to varied audiences including clients, departmental management, engineering, project and construction management, and project teams.
  • Be able to define and prepare accurate and meaningful reports, narratives, letters and memorandum which clearly communicate status, issues or other concerns on behalf of the program controls department.
