Job Summary

  • Provide Project Management for key client projects and large multidisciplinary design teams led by the Aviation discipline;
  • Planning, directing & coordinating the activities of airport design and construction project to ensure that goals and objectives are accomplished within timeframe and agreed budget;
  • Capable of leading project teams through the overall design, tendering and documentation process for multiple projects simultaneously;
  • Builds strong relationships and interacts with clients, teaming partners, industry groups, and all related stakeholders.
  • Defines and mitigates risks and commercial terms during the pursuit and delivery process;
  • Assuring project team complies with the contract agreement as well as exercise rigid cost control to implement the approved design within the agreed budget restrain;

Job Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering or architecture, with preferred candidates having a Master’s degree for like professional disciplines;
  • 20+ years of experience, including 10 years of project management & leadership experience;
  • Fluent in written and spoken speaking English and Arabic;
  • Demonstrated history of successful leadership on mega projects;
  • Previous experience leading projects and teams on complex design and construction supervision projects in the Middle East region;
  • Preferable operational and design knowledge for Airport Auxiliary Facilities and Airside infrastructure;
