Job Summary

K&A seeks graduate engineers (Civil/Mechanical/Architecture) to start their career as Acoustic Consultants, supporting acoustic design, noise assessment, modelling, and technical analysis while learning core industry tools and standards.

Ideal freshers are team-oriented problem solvers with strong communication skills and a keen interest in acoustics, committed to continuous learning in acoustical materials, software, testing, reporting, quality processes, and interdisciplinary coordination.

Key Responsibilities

·  Coordinate with team members and team leaders to support technical activities and present acoustic-related data as required.

·  Demonstrate active interest and involvement in acoustic concepts, supporting issue identification and resolution.

·  Assist in acoustic design analysis and apply knowledge gained from relevant training programs.

·  Take initiative in continuous learning related to acoustical materials, noise surveys, design standards, technical data, drawings, reports, and acoustic calculations, including the use of AI and automation techniques.

·  Coordinate with the team to perform noise assessments, testing, and evaluations.

·  Gain exposure to company quality processes, audits, work ethics, and adherence to project deliverables.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelors/ Masters Degree in Civil/ Architecture/ Mechanical/ Relevant 
  • 0.6 - 4 Years of Experience in Acoustics 

Skillsets

  • Good Experience in CADNA, Autocad & Revit Software 

Core Competencies

  • Strong foundation in acoustic principles, noise control methods, and basic acoustic design practices.

  • Effective team coordination and clear communication of acoustic-related technical information.

  • Proactive learner with interest in acoustical materials, standards, software tools.

  • Commitment to quality processes, audits, professional work ethics, and timely project deliverables.

Qualification, Technical Skills and Competencies

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, preferably in Civil, Structural or Mechanical Engineering
  • Understanding of international engineering standards and codes
  • Good communication skills
  • Good interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in spoken and written English; Arabic is an advantage
