Job Summary

Mechanical Engineer with 2+ years of experience, preferably in Gulf design projects. The candidate must have strong knowledge in Plumbing (PHE) and Firefighting system design, with hands-on experience in design calculations and modeling. Proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD, and Navisworks is required. The role involves delivering design outputs, conducting peer reviews, and ensuring compliance with QA/QC standards, engineering codes, and authority guidelines.

Key Responsibilities

• Understanding of engineering standards, codes of practice and UAE authorities’ guidelines
• Good experience in calculating and selecting HVAC systems.
• Expertise in computer skills, Revit, AutoCAD, Navisworks, HAP & BIM360 platform.
• Coordinate efforts of assigned design team to ensure completeness and accuracy of design effort.
• Responsible for the delivery of project discipline scope elements within budget and schedule.
• To provide planning, support & develop of concept, schematic & detailed designing of HVAC systems for commercial, retail, hospital and residential & high-rise projects with the team assigned.
• To provide space planning, support, design of HVAC systems with the team assigned.
• Good experience in HVAC systems including district cooling systems, VRV, heat recovery ventilation, and commercial kitchen and basement ventilation system etc.

Required skills and Qualifications Required to Execute this Role

• Minimum of 2+ Years of experience with HVAC Design. Experience on Gulf Design projects is preferred.
• Qualification – B. E / B. TECH (Mechanical)
• Understanding of international engineering standards and codes 
• Knowledge of mechanical engineering-related rules and regulations in the Middle East
