Key Responsibilities

  • Register interest in current or future career opportunities across Khatib & Alami’s business lines and regions

  • Maintain an accurate and up-to-date candidate profile, including CV, experience, qualifications, and areas of interest

  • Allow recruiters to assess your profile for potential alignment with open or upcoming roles

  • Demonstrate professionalism, integrity, and alignment with Khatib & Alami’s values when engaging with the organization

  • Be responsive to recruitment outreach if your profile matches a relevant opportunity

Qualification (Education & Professional Background)

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in a relevant discipline, such as:
  Engineering (Civil, Mechanical, Electrical), Architecture, Urban & Transport Planning, Project or Construction Management, Business Administration, IT/Digital, HR, Contracts & Commercial, Finance, or related fields
• Postgraduate qualifications or professional certifications are an advantage and will be considered depending on the role (e.g. PMP, MSc, professional engineering certifications)

Qualifications (Experience & Skills)

• Relevant professional experience in one or more areas aligned with Khatib & Alami’s activities, including but not limited to:

  • Engineering design and supervision

  • Project and construction management

  • Planning, controls, and scheduling

  • Contracts, claims, and commercial management

  • Proposals, bids, and business development

  • Digital, data, IT, or innovation services

  • Corporate functions such as HR, finance, or administration

• Ability to work effectively in multidisciplinary and multicultural teams

• Strong communication skills in English (additional languages are an advantage)

• Analytical, technical, or problem-solving skills relevant to your field of expertise

• Comfort working in a consultancy and project-based environment

Preferred / Optional Skills

• Experience working on regional or international projects

   

• Exposure to large-scale infrastructure, buildings, or consultancy environments

• Flexibility to consider opportunities across different functions, projects, or locations

• Strong interest in continuous learning and professional development
