Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Architect to support a major stadium development project, with a specific focus on FIFA compliance documentation, architectural presentations, graphics, and report modifications.

The successful candidate will work closely with the architectural, design, project management and technical teams to update and modify FIFA Compliance Reports, prepare architectural graphics and presentation materials, and ensure that project information is clearly and professionally communicated.

This role requires a combination of architectural knowledge, strong graphic/presentation skills, attention to detail, and the ability to interpret and update technical and compliance documentation.

Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare, review and modify FIFA Compliance Reports and related documentation.
  • Incorporate client, consultant and internal review comments into compliance reports and presentations.
  • Prepare high-quality architectural graphics, diagrams, plans, layouts and presentation materials.
  • Support stadium presentations, workshops, client meetings and project reviews.
  • Coordinate with architects, engineers, Design Managers and other disciplines to verify project information.
  • Ensure consistency and accuracy between drawings, reports, graphics and supporting documentation.
  • Assist in identifying compliance gaps, missing information and inconsistencies.
  • Maintain document control and ensure the latest design information is reflected in submissions.
  • Support the Design Manager and project team in delivering quality compliance and presentation materials within agreed deadlines.

Qualification, Experience Skills

  • Bachelor’s degree in Architecture with 12+ years of relevant architectural experience, preferably on major stadium, sports, entertainment or large-scale public projects.
  • Strong experience in architectural presentations, technical reports, graphic communication and FIFA/stadium compliance documentation.
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD, Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator/InDesign, PowerPoint and Microsoft Office.
  • Knowledge of Revit, SketchUp, Rhino or other architectural visualization tools is an advantage.
  • Ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary design and engineering environment, with strong attention to detail and communication skills.
