Job Summary

The ICT BIM / CAD & Digital Delivery Engineer is responsible for supporting ICT, ELV, and smart systems engineering teams through BIM and CAD modeling, ensuring accurate digital coordination and high-quality project deliverables. The role supports the development, coordination, and management of digital engineering models and documentation throughout project lifecycle stages.

Key Responsibilities

Modeling & Documentation

• Develop 2D drawings and 3D BIM models for ICT and ELV systems including CCTV, Structured Cabling Systems (SCS), BMS, AV, Wi-Fi, and related smart systems
• Prepare layouts, schematics, riser diagrams, cable routing drawings, and as-built documentation packages
• Manage model federation, clash detection processes, and issue tracking activities

BIM Execution & Digital Delivery

• Implement BIM Execution Plans (BEP) and ensure compliance with project LOD requirements and naming conventions
• Generate COBie datasets, asset tagging information, and digital handover models
• Support IFC export processes, Common Data Environment (CDE) workflows, and model version control

Coordination & Collaboration

• Coordinate with architectural, structural, MEP, ICT, and ELV teams to resolve multidisciplinary coordination issues
• Participate in BIM coordination reviews and clash resolution workshops
• Support digital delivery standards and project BIM compliance requirements

Required Qualifications, Experience, and Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Information and Communications Technology, Computer & Communications Engineering, or related field
• Minimum 5 years of experience in BIM and CAD modeling within ICT and ELV environments
• Strong proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD, Navisworks, and BIM workflows
• Good understanding of BIM standards including ISO 19650
• Experience in multidisciplinary coordination and digital delivery processes
• Good communication and presentation skills
• Good interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in spoken and written English and Arabic
