Job Summary

The Design Architect focuses on developing architectural design detailed and creative solutions that align with project briefs, client vision, and functional requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop architectural detailed, design studies, and schematic designs for infrastructure projects

• Prepare presentation materials, visuals, and design narratives

• Coordinate with architectural and multidisciplinary teams during early design stages

• Support the refinement of approved schematic designs

• Participate in client design workshops and presentations

• Ensure alignment with project design intent and branding guidelines

Specific Qualifications, Experience and Skills

• Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture

• From 4 to 6 years of experience in architectural design and concept development

• Strong design creativity and conceptual skills
• Good presentation and visualization abilities
• Proficiency in spoken and written English and Arabic
