Job Summary

Engineer specialized in waste management systems will participate effectively in developing calculation reports, and design drawing of different waste management systems including collection , transfer, treatment and disposal landfills.

Key Responsabilities

• Perform Waste generation modelling, including characterization, classification and assessment
• Provide detailed design drawings, Revit modelling, equipment sizing specifications, and BOQs for all waste management phases such as:

o Waste chutes

o Waste transfer stations, and logistics

o waste treatment including MRFs, MBTs, WTEs, with different technologies (tunnel composting, anaerobic digestion, incineration, gasification, pyrolysis, optical sorting, etc..)

o Waste disposal, including landfill design

o Hazardous and medical waste collection system design and requirements.

o Smart waste collection including GIS supported routing, smart bins, tracking systems, data analysis and monitoring systems.

Required Qualifications, Experience and Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in civil, chemical, or mechanical Engineering,
• Minimum 1 years’ experience in waste management systems (including training)
• Good user of AutoCAD
• Good user of Revit 3-D modelling
• Good spoken and written English & Arabic
