Job Summary

To lead and manage  bridge design projects, ensuring the effective implementation of BIM standards, coordination, and high-quality model production. The role involves close collaboration with structural, geotechnical, and civil teams, with a focus on delivering technically sound and coordinated bridge solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the creation, management, and coordination of Design models (bridges, piers, abutments, retaining walls, etc.) 
• Coordinate with other disciplines (roads, utilities, geotechnical, drainage, etc.) to detect and resolve clashes using tools like Navisworks.
• Support design reviews, interdisciplinary meetings, and model coordination workshops.
• Ensure all work complies with company and client standards.
• Provide guidance and technical support to junior  modelers and engineers.
• Assist in training sessions and skill development across the bridge and teams.
• Support implementation of parametric modeling, automation (e.g., Dynamo), and digital workflows to enhance productivity.
• Assist in integrating BIM with structural analysis software when applicable (e.g., Midas Civil & CSI Bridge).

Specific Qualifications, Experience and Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil or Structural Engineering, Master’s preferred.
• Minimum 10 years of experience in Steel Structure
• Proficiency in  Revit, Navisworks, Civil 3D, Dynamo and AutoCAD.
• bridges design using AASHTO is required.
