Job Summary

The Lead Electrical Engineer is responsible for leading the Electrical design and technical direction of assigned projects, ensuring design excellence, consistency, and alignment with client and project objectives.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead Electrical design and overall design direction for assigned projects
• Supervise and guide Electrical Engineering design teams across all design stages
• Coordinate with Project Electrical and discipline leads to ensure integrated design solutions
• Review and approve Electrical deliverables prior to submission
• Participate in client presentations, design reviews, and authority meetings
• Support design development, value engineering, and design optimization initiatives
• Ensure Electrical compliance with applicable codes, standards, and project requirements
• Implement corporate design and quality standards

Qualification, Experience, Technical Skills and Competencies

• Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering

• From 9 to 12 years of experience in Electrical Engineering design, including leadership roles

• Strong design leadership and technical expertise
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Proficiency in spoken and written English and Arabic
