Senior Steel Bridge Design Engineer is responsible for leading the structural analysis, design, and detailing of heavy infrastructure projects—including road, rail, and pedestrian steel bridges, advanced proficiency in structural analysis software (CSI Bridge / Midas Civil), and deep knowledge of international design standards (AASHTO LRFD, AISC, ASTM). Key Responsibilities

• Perform structural analysis and design for Road, Rail, and Steel Pedestrian Bridges.
• Design and detail complex structural steel connections.
• Produce precise structural calculations and comprehensive design reports.
• Provide technical leadership and guidance to drafting and modeling teams.
• Collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary project teams to deliver complex bridge projects on schedule.

Specific Qualifications, Experience and Skills

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering or Structural Engineering. Or higher
• Experience: Minimum 8–10 years of specialized experience in structural steel bridge design and detailing.
• Standards & Codes: Strong proficiency in AASHTO LRFD, AISC, and ASTM Specifications. (Knowledge of Eurocodes is a strong plus).
• Software Proficiency: Hands-on experience with CSI Bridge and/or Midas Civil.
• Skills:
• Proven expertise in structural analysis and connection design.
• Strong leadership skills to mentor draftspersons.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
